Ingredients

2 Scoops of your preferred Chocolate Whey Powder. Our choice isĀ Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder
Water 8 oz.
Ice 1/4 cup
Natural peanut butter 2 tbsp
Banana 1
Greek yogurt 1/4 cup

Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a blender ( Check out our Recommended for the Best Portable Blenders – Here). Pulse blend until desired consistency is reached.
Serve immediately.
